What Possessed Us To Open Wine?

6 friends all together talking over each other trying to get caught up. Steaks marinating. And there was cheese. This required that we taste new wine.

What Did The Label Want Us To Know?

Really, not that much. It is a product of Spain and is Estate Bottled. It’s a 2009. Make your own decisions about how it tastes.

What’s So Great About It?

David thought it was medium dry and had a smooth finish. He said it gives him confidence as a wine maker, himself. Kevin thought it had a good bouquet but that it was kind of flat and harsh. Melyssa judges wine by whether they are drinkable or undrinkable and she thought this was definitely in the drinkable category. She thought it was not complex but that she liked it. I thought it tasted grapey.

Someone Else’s More Qualified Opinion:

Conversation This Wine Engendered:

Why wouldn’t one get a Level One Wine Certification in Napa rather than Denver?

Do you need a concealed carry permit to carry in your car?

If you give someone a fish and don’t teach him to fish, is that right?
