Marinated Shrimp with
Lemon and Garlic

INGREDIENTS



2 tablespoons minced garlic.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

1/4 cup lemon juice.

2 Tablespoons of White Wine such as a Riesling or Pinot Grigio.

1/4 cup minced fresh parsley.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1/2 teaspoon pepper.

1-1/2 pounds cooked shrimp.



PREPARATION


Place garlic and oil in a small skillet and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add lemon juice & white wine, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss with shrimp in a large bowl. Chill until you are ready to serve.



Serves: 10-12

Excellent!

I tried this recipe for a small dinner party this weekend and it was excellent! Everyone enjoyed the flavor. I served it over a bed of Arugula and I paired the dish with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
