What Possessed Us To Open Wine?

We had gone to Happy Hour and then dinner. Still needed something for dessert and why not open a bottle with the names Cupcake and Red Velvet?

What Did The Label Want Us To Know?

I love that they use a word/food picture to describe their wine! “Blackberry chocolate cupcake with a mocha coulis.” Yeah, I want to drink this IMMEDIATELY. It is interesting that nowhere do they say what grapes they used! Is it a secret?

What’s So Great About It?

David thought smooth and full-bodied but not in a kick you in the face way. He thought it had kind of a spicy taste and would be great with a strong cheese. I really liked it. Easy to drink and very pleasant. I’m buying a case of it next time!

Fantasy This Wine Engendered:

I pour the beautiful red wine into my favorite glass. Suddenly before my eyes it turns into a Blackberry Chocolate Cupcake with a Mocha Coulis. Each bite is pure heaven. There are no carb consequences, however.
