Baked Chicken Wings Polynesian Style
Baked Chicken Wings Polynesian Style
We love these wings because they’re different than the run-of-the-mill barbeque variety. You can create an entire party theme around these wings! Think grass skirts, Tiki torches and a pig roast!
Ingredients:
3 pounds wings
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup orange juice
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup Madeira Wine or Sherry
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
If wings are not already prepared, cut of tips and discard. Cut the remaining wings in half. Place in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Let marinate for several hours, in the refrigerator. When ready to cook, place wings in a large baking pan. Bake in a 325º oven for 1 hour, then broil on both sides until desired crispiness.
Serves: 6-8
